01 Accounting Systems & LIHTC Compliance Executive

The Accounting Systems & LIHTC Compliance Executive will (i) design and maintain accounting systems and (ii) design Section42/ LIHTC compliance procedures for streamling. Remote work will be considered based on the candidate’s experience.

Job Description
  • Designing/Streamline Accounting Operations for Residential Property Management & Asset Management Reporting
  • Maintaining Accounting and Asset Management Systems
  • Training Personnel and Other System End Users
  • Collaborate with Auditors to Design Key Reporting Procedures
  • Monitor Recurring Reporting
  • Analyzing Accounting Policies
  • Reviewing Accounting Information Systems
  • Ensuring Section 42/LIHTC Compliance
  • Creating Reporting Views
  • Organizing, preparation, and presentation of data to team leadership
  • Performing Other Related Duties as Required and Assigned
Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following
  • Residential Real Estate and/or Property Management Experience
  • Section 42/LIHTC Experience Preferred
  • CPA or other strong accounting background
  • Moderate skills with MS Office, including Excel & Powerpoint
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills

02 Asset Management Analyst/Development Monitoring

The Asset Management Analyst will monitor the financial performance of LIHTC/Section 42 investments from development through stabilization. Remote work will be considered based on the candidate’s experience.

Job Description
  • Assisting with monitoring the financial performance of LIHTC properties under through construction and in lease-up, through stabilization.
  • Analyzing the actual performance results against projections.
  • Monitoring progress of properties through construction, lease-up and stabilization.
  • Compiling and analyzing market data including rent and expense comparables, as well as occupancy trends;
  • Assisting with processing the payment of capital contributions to development partnerships; and
  • Preparing and updating financial models including cash flow proformas, development budgets, draw schedules, and IRR calculations;
Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (working knowledge of spreadsheets);
  • Ability to work in a fast-based environment while managing multiple priorities;
  • Familiarity with the LIHTC program preferred;
  • Coursework in Real Estate Principals and Finance preferred;

The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and implement the company marketing plan across multiple platforms including digital media. Remote work will be considered based on the candidate’s experience.

  • Developing a command of the industry, potential competitors and clients
